The Company

Our client is the UK’s largest national moving and storage company providing a large portfolio of services to a diverse range of customers and clients, including homeowners, businesses and government departments. They started nearly 400 years ago and how developed and grown into a respected and trusted UK brand operating globally.

The Role

Due to continued growth, they are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to support their customers and client’s logistics requirements. Adopting a holistic approach and understanding the customers needs you will be the main point of contact throughout the customer journey. You will work Monday to Friday, 9 – 5, no weekends.

Responsibilities
  • One point customer contact throughout the customer journey.
  • Understanding the customers’ needs and improve the customer experience.
  • Maximise sales opportunity.
  • Ability to up sell products and services.
  • Work to company and legal standards when processing documentation.
  • To deal with all administrative enquiries in a professional and timely manner, ensuring all documentation is accurately checked before processing.
  • Maintain excellent customer service and communication standards at all times work to KPI’s ensuring targets are met.
  • Take part in team meetings and briefings when planned.

  • Be enthusiastic, self-motivated and positive in your approach with a “can do” attitude.
  • Have excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload.

  • Ability to communicate effectively on all levels.
  • Excellent time management, with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Proficient IT skills – Office, Word, Excel.

  • £24,000 - £28,000 starting salary. Uncapped bonus. Average bonus paid is £300 per month
