Pearl Recruitment was established in 2019 by our Director, Alex. As an ex hiring manager in the areas that we specialise in, Alex has a plethora of experience and is fully aware of the struggles many companies face around recruitment.


Over the past few years, we’ve worked hard to establish ourselves in the UK market specialising in

Sales, Customer service and Contact Centre roles.


We’re here to take the headache away from your recruitment process, minimising time spent by you

and maximising efficiency.
